Change of Name and Extension of Offer
Change of Company Name
Further to the announcement of 3 December 2020 in relation to the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting, Delta Drone International Limited (formerly ParaZero Limited) ( Company ) is pleased to confirm that the change of name from ParaZero Limited to Delta Drone International Limited has today been processed with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
The effective date for the change to the Company’s ASX listing code from “PRZ” to “DLT” will be advised in due course.
Updated Timetable for Offer
The Company also wishes to advise that the closing date for offers under its prospectus dated 10 November 2020 (Prospectus) has been extended until 4:00pm (AEDT) on Wednesday, 9 December 2020.
Accordingly, the indicative timetable set out in the Prospectus has been updated as follows:
