Cancellation of Expired Performance Options

Drone Safety Systems company, ParaZero Limited ( ASX: PRZ ) ( ParaZero or the Company ) advises that pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of the ParaZero Employee Incentive Plan the following Performance Options which were either issued to employees who are no longer employed by the Company or were to be allocated to new employees who have not take up their positions, have been cancelled with an effective date of 30 June 2019.

• 2,247,971 Class A Performance Options @ $0.20 Expiring 13/06/23

• 6,962,609 Class B Performance Options @ $0.20 Expiring 13/06/23

• 6,562,609 Class C Performance Options @ $0.20 Expiring 13/06/23
