Parazero Limited – Admission and Commencement of Official Quotation

Description

Parazero Limited (the 'Company') was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited ('ASX') today, Thursday, 14 June 2018.

Official quotation of the Company's ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 12pm AEST on Monday, 18 June 2018.

The Company raised $5,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its replacement prospectus dated 30 April 2018 ('Replacement Prospectus') by the issue of 25,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
