ParaZero Signs Distributor Agreement with DSLRPros - Top DJI Enterprise Vendor

Drone safety solutions company ParaZero Limited (ASX: PRZ) (ParaZero or Company ) is pleased to announce that it has signed a Distributor Agreement with drone integrator and top DJI enterprise vendor, DSLRPros, to provide the best in class drone safety systems as part of their drone package sold to enterprise users. DJI is the dominant global drone manufacturer of commercial drones.

The agreement itself is a standard distributor agreement with no minimum purchase commitments and with all revenue being derived from the purchase orders received directly by DSLRPros. The importance of this agreement to ParaZero, is that this now extends ParaZero’s market penetration by:

• providing SafeAir systems for the DJI Matrice 600 series dedicated to the commercial segment, in addition to the DJI Matrice 200 series announced on 3 July 2018;

• extending our reach via a leading DJI enterprise vendor – DSLRPros; and

• enhancing ParaZero’s recognition of being the world’s Drone Safety leader.

DSLRPros will now be able to add the SafeAir safety system to their comprehensive end to end drone package for enterprise users, including drones, payloads and sensors. DSLRPros’ service will also include support and training for the safety systems.
