ASX Announcement

PARAZERO SIGNS FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WITH AIROBOTICS LTD

  • Non-Binding Framework Agreement signed with leading drone manufacturer Airobotics, to develop and sell PRZ’ innovative SafeAir systems into Airobotics drones

  • PRZ’ SafeAir Systems to be integrated into Airobotics drones and used within the mining, industrial and oil & gas industries upon execution of binding agreement

  • Framework Agreement sets forth general terms to be negotiated into a binding Definitive Agreement

  • Supports the Company’s growth strategy of building a strong Australian footprint and becoming a leading player in the drone industry globally

Drone safety systems company ParaZero Limited (ASX: PRZ) (ParaZero or Company) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a non-binding Framework Agreement ( Agreement ) with Airobotics Ltd., ( Airobotics ) a manufacturer of autonomous industrial drones with offices in Australia and Israel.

The purpose of the Agreement is to lay out the parameters under which the two parties will enter into discussions to agree and execute a binding commercial agreement whereby the Company can sell its SafeAir Systems to be integrated into Airobotics drones. As the Agreement is currently non-binding, no revenues are expected to be generated from this Agreement, but the willingness of the parties to enter into the Agreement confirms the Company’s continued engagement in promoting its SafeAir Systems to relevant drone manufacturers around the world, like Airobotics, and Airobotics interest in the incorporation of these systems into its drones. As such, the Company reasonably expects that the execution of a binding commercial agreement can reasonably be expected to have a material impact on the Company’s revenue growth (greater than US$250,000 on current levels).

Both parties are continuing to move toward terms for a formal, binding commercial agreement on the basis of this initial Agreement, and the Company will update the market with details if and when executed.

Commenting on the announcement, ParaZero’s CEO, Eden Attias, saidA key part of our commercialisation strategy is the integration of our systems into the drone manufacture market and this agreement further advances our commercialization process and expands our footprint in the market.”

"Once again, this agreement expresses the confidence our customers have in our product, and the importance of the safety solution that ParaZero brings drone manufacturers.”

“We are continuing our efforts and increasing our commercialization footprint daily.”

“I look forward to continuing to inform the market on the success of our commercialization.”
