NON-RENOUNCEABLE ENTITLEMENT OFFER BOOKLET CLARIFICATION

Drone Safety Systems company, ParaZero Limited ASX: PRZ (ParaZero or Company) advises that there was a typographical error in the Offer Booklet with regards to “Section 5.1 – Underwriting Agreement”.

The Underwriter has agreed to underwrite the Offer up to the amount of $800,000 in New Shares.
