Board Changes and Director Resignations

20 June 2022 – Delta Drone International Limited (ASX: DLT) , DLT or the Company, global dronesas-a-service provider, advises that Eden Attias (Non-Executive Chairman) and Stephen Gorenstein (Non-Executive Director) have resigned from their positions as Directors of the Company.

During Eden’s tenure with the Company, he made a significant contribution across multiple senior executive and Board roles within various points in time, which has strongly positioned the Company, including:

• Founding of ParaZero and bringing to market innovative safety systems for unmanned aircraft and drones into new verticals and use cases

• Development, rollout of products, partnerships, commercialisation activities and working with regulatory bodies associated with ParaZero

• Leading the redirection of the Company to combine with Delta Drone International and focus on drones-as-a-service, and the divestiture of ParaZero

• Chairman of Delta Drone International and the expansion of the drones-as-a-service business culminating with the significant expansion of Australian operations with the acquisition of Arvista

DLT CEO Christopher Clark said: “We thank Eden and Stephen for their lengthy tenure on our Board and for helping guide the Company through its recent transition into a leading position as a dronebased services provider. Both Eden and Stephen were instrumental in the successful divestiture of ParaZero last year. We wish them both the very best.”

Christopher Clark, Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed Executive Chairman of the Company.
