CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

22 June 2021 – Drones-as-a-service provider Delta Drone International Limited (ASX:DLT) (the Company ) advises of the resignation of Dan Arazi as a director of Delta Drone International Limited with effect from 21 June 2021.

Dan has been with the Company since its listing in June 2018 and whilst he has resigned as a director, the Company is pleased to note that he will continue to work with the Company by taking a position on the advisory board.

As a consequence of his resignation, Resolution 12 – the participation of Dan Arazi as a director in an issue of performance rights, which is part of the agenda to be considered at the Annual General Meeting on 24 June 2021, will be withdrawn.
