Management Changes
Drone Safety Systems company, ParaZero Limited (ASX: PRZ) ( ParaZero or the Company ) advises that Mr Moshe Hukaylo has agreed to join the management team of the Company in the position of Chief Financial Officer.
Moshe is the founder and owner of Hukaylo Financial Management, a boutique company aimed at growing businesses financially. He has qualified as a C.P.A. in Israel, has an M.B.A. in financing and has more than 20 years of experience in finance and audit with Deloitte.
Moshe currently acts as CFO for various companies, among them public entities active in areas including software and IT services. Moshe also manages and provides financial due-diligence, financial improvement projects, and financial management coaching for several entities.
Previously, Moshe was Finance Director for Pfizer Pharmaceutical Israel where amongst his other financial roles, he was responsible for supply chain management and procurement management. The Board believes Moshe will be a valuable member of the Company through its next growth phase.
Ran Kaspi has resigned his position as Chief Financial Officer after being in this position for nearly two years, to pursue interests elsewhere. To facilitate the handover to Moshe, Ran will remain with the Company until 12 November 2020. The Board would like to sincerely thank Ran for the great contribution he has made in his time as Chief Financial Officer and wish him all the best in furthering his career.
