PARAZERO STRENGTHENS BOARD WITH NEW APPOINTMENT

• Mr Chris Singleton appointed to the Board of Directors, further strengthening corporate expertise and marketing capabilities

• Chris is an experienced director, having founded, managed and sold multiple successful businesses and having led many telecommunications companies marketing strategies in the 2000s

• Appointment supports the Company’s growth strategy with additional expertise and capabilities

Drone Safety Systems company, ParaZero Limited (ASX: PRX ParaZero or Company) , is pleased to announce it has appointed Mr Chris Singleton to the Board of Directors with immediate effect.

Chris brings extensive corporate expertise and a strong background in sales and marketing, having held the role of Joint CEO at B Digital

He is currently the Managing Director of Minaret Capital, a provider of corporate advisory and growth strategies to Australian businesses.

Chris has held numerous directorship roles with public and private companies and has successfully founded and sold businesses including: Votel, a service provider acquired by Vodafone, B Digital, that was funded by Australian Capital Equity and eventually acquired by Soul Pattinson; Managing Director of Impress Energy, acquired by Beach Petroleum and recruitment solutions, Total Staffing Solutions and UltimateSkills, that were both acquired by Humanis Group.

ParaZero’s CEO, Eden Attias, commented on the appointment: “Chris’ expertise in developing and executing ‘go-to-market’ strategies for both businesses across Australia and internationally will be highly valuable to the Company.”

Chris has extensive international experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Technology, Telecommunications and Service Industries.
