CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Drone safety systems company ParaZero Limited (ASX: PRZ) (ParaZero or Company) advises of the resignation of Charis Law as a director of ParaZero Limited with effect from 1 September 2019.

Charis has been with the Company since its listing in June 2018.

The Board would like to thank Charis for her invaluable contribution to the Company from prelisting, throughout the IPO process and for her dedication and insights over the last 12 months during a transformational period for the Company.

Following Charis’ decision to dedicate her efforts to other business and personal commitments, the Board would like to wish her all the best in her new ventures.
