Resignation of Joint Company Secretary

Drone safety solutions company Parazero Limited (ASX: PRZ) (Parazero or Company) advises of the resignation today of one of the Company’s Joint Company Secretaries, Mr Peter Webse.

The Board would like to thank Peter for his valued contribution to the Company’s listing on the ASX and wish him well for his future endeavours.

Mr Stephen Buckley will remain as the sole Company Secretary. Mr Buckley has 35 years’ experience in financial markets having worked in both Australia and New Zealand. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is the Managing Director of Company Secretary Solutions Pty Ltd, a company specialising in providing company secretarial, corporate governance and corporate advisory services.
