Notice of Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations
3 April 2024 – RocketDNA Ltd (Issuer or Company) ( ASX: RKT ), advises that the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to be convened at 9.00am (WST) on Friday, 24 May 2024.
In accordance with clause 14.3 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Thursday, 11 April 2024.
Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (WST) on Thursday, 11 April 2024.
The AGM materials will be produced and provided to shareholders in due course.
