Notice of Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations
3 April 2023 – Delta Drone International Limited (ASX: DLT) , a global drones-as-a-service provider, advises that the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to be convened at 9.00am (WST) on Thursday, 25 May 2023.
In accordance with clause 14.3 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Thursday, 13 April 2023.
Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (WST) on Thursday, 13 April 2023.
The AGM materials will be produced and provided to shareholders in due course.
