DATE OF AGM AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
5 May 2021 – Global drones-as-a-service provider Delta Drone International (ASX:DLT) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, 24 June 2020.
An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with clause 14.3 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Wednesday, 12 May 2021.
Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (Melbourne time) on Wednesday, 12 May 2020.
