DATE OF AGM AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

Drone Safety Systems company, ParaZero Limited (ASX: PRZ) ( ParaZero or the Company ) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 that its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held on Tuesday, 28 July 2020.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with clause 14.3 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Monday, 15 June 2020.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (Melbourne time) on Monday, 15 June 2020.
