ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIES
The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of Luoyang Glass Company Limited* (the “ Company ”) and all of its Directors warrant that there are no false information, misleading statements or material omissions in this announcement, and accept joint and several responsibilities for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of its contents.
Recently, the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, CLFG Longmen Glass Co. Ltd.* ( 洛玻集團龍門玻璃有限責任公司 ) (“ Longmen Company ”) received government subsidies respectively, details of which are set out below:
I. DETAILS OF THE GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIES
- According to the “Notice of the People’s Government of Puyang County in respect of Granting Industrial Subsidy to Luoyang Glass Company Limited*” ( 濮陽縣人民政府關於給予洛陽玻璃股份有限公司產業扶持資 金的通知 ) (Puxian Zhengwen [2017] No.265), a document issued by the People’s Government of Puyang County of the People’s Republic of China (the “ PRC ”), for the purpose of supporting the development of the Company in Puyang County, an industrial subsidy of RMB37.585606 million would be granted by the People’s Government of Puyang County to the Company through Industrial Centralization Area of Puyang County. The Company received the said subsidy on 25 December 2017.

- According to the “Approval of Payment to CLFG of Subsidy Funds for the Disposal of ‘Zombie Enterprises’ by the Central Government-owned Enterprises” ( 關於撥付洛玻集團中央企業處置 “ 僵屍企業 ” 補助 資金的批覆 ) (Kai Sheng Qi Fa [2017] No. 36), a document issued by Triumph Technology Group Company Limited* ( 凱盛科技集團有限公 司 ) (“ Triumph Group ”), Triumph Group would pay China Luoyang Float Glass (Group) Company Limited* ( 中國洛陽浮法玻璃集團有限責任 公司 ) (“ CLFG ”) the subsidy funds for the disposal of “Zombie Enterprises” by the Central Government-owned Enterprises, RMB17.44 million of which would be the subsidy funds for personnel placements for Longmen Company. Longmen Company received the said subsidy funds from CLFG on 26 December 2017. According to the relevant requirements, such subsidy funds shall only be used within the scope of placements of personnel, as required by the “Administrative Measures on Subsidy Funds for the Disposal of ‘Zombie Enterprises’ by Central Government-owned Enterprises” ( 中 央企業處置 “ 僵屍企業 ” 補助資金管理辦法 ) issued by the Ministry of Finance of the PRC and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council of the PRC.
As at the date of this announcement, Longmen Company has received subsidy funds for personnel placements of RMB25.76 million in aggregate, among which Longmen Company received the subsidy funds for personnel placements of RMB8.32 million on 23 June 2017. For details, please refer to the announcement of the Company dated 23 June 2017 in relation to the receipt of government subsidies by Longmen Company.

II. EFFECTS ON THE COMPANY
According to the relevant requirements of the “Accounting Standard for Business Enterprises No. 16 – Government Grants” of the PRC, the Company and Longmen Company will include the abovementioned industrial subsidy of RMB37.585606 million and subsidy funds for personnel placements of RMB17.44 million in current profits and losses as revenue-related government subsidies. The final accounting treatment and the effects on the Company’s current profits and losses will be subject to the results of the accounting firm’s annual audit.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises four executive Directors: Mr. Zhang Chong, Mr. Ni Zhisen, Mr. Wang Guoqiang and Mr. Ma Yan; one non-executive Director: Mr. Xie Jun; and four independent non-executive Directors: Mr. Jin Zhanping, Mr. Liu Tianni, Mr. Ye Shuhua and Mr. He Baofeng.
