ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIES AND LOAN INTERESTS SUBSIDY

Luoyang Glass Company Limited* (the “ Company ”) and all members of the board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of the Company warrant the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the contents of this announcement, and accept several and joint responsibilities for any false information, misleading statements or material omissions in this announcement.

I. DETAILS OF THE GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIES

The Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, CLFG Longhai Electronic Glass Company Limited (“ Longhai Company ”), recently received government subsidies from the People’s Government of Puyang County of the People’s Republic of China (the “ PRC ”) and the People’s Government of Yanshi City of the PRC respectively, and details of which are set out below:

1. according to the “Notice in respect of Granting Industrial Subsidy to Luoyang Glass Company Limited” (Puxian Zhengwen [2016] No. 290) issued by the People’s Government of Puyang County of the PRC, for the purpose of supporting the development of the Company in Puyang County of the PRC, industrial subsidy of RMB66,474,750 would be granted to the Company through Industrial Centralization Area of Puyang County. As at 30 December 2016, the Company received full amount of the said subsidy.

1. according to the “Notice in respect of Granting Enterprise Development Subsidy to CLFG Longhai Electronic Glass Company Limited” (Yan Zhengwen [2016] No. 83) issued by the People’s Government of Yanshi City of the PRC, for the purpose of supporting the development of Longhai Company, industrial subsidy of RMB10,000,000 would be granted to Longhai Company in 2016. As at 29 December 2016, Longhai Company received full amount of the said subsidy.

According to the relevant regulations of the PRC Accounting Standard for Business Enterprises, the abovementioned government subsidies are government subsidies relating to earnings and will be included in profit and loss for the current period of the Company for the year of 2016. Specific accounting treatment is subject to confirmation by the accountants in the annual audit.

II. DETAILS OF THE LOAN INTERESTS SUBSIDY

According to the “Notice in respect of Granting Loan Interests Subsidy to CLFG Longhai Electronic Glass Company Limited” (Yan Zhengwen [2016] No. 84) issued by the People’s Government of Yanshi City of the PRC, for the purpose of supporting the development of Longhai Company, loan interests subsidy with a total amount up to RMB50,000,000 will be granted to Longhai Company for the four years since 2017.
