APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER OF THE COMPANY

Luoyang Glass Company Limited (the “ Company ”) and all members of the board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of the Company warrant the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the contents of this announcement, and accept several and joint responsibilities for any false information, misleading statements or material omissions in this announcement.

The seventh Board is pleased to announce that Mr. Wang Guoqiang has been appointed as the deputy general manager of the Company. The term of office of Mr. Wang will be from 27 March 2014 to the expiry of the term of office of the seventh Board.

The biographical details of Mr. Wang are set out below:

Mr. Wang Guoqiang , aged 45, is a bachelor-degree holder and a senior engineer with professorship. He currently serves as the general manager and secretary to the party committee of CLFG Luoyang Longhai Electric Glass Company Limited (“ Longhai Company ”). Mr. Wang graduated at Wuhan Industrial University (now known as Wuhan University of Technology) in June 1991, majoring in glass under the silicate engineering department. He was awarded master in materials engineering by Tongji University in 2004. Mr. Wang joined the Company in July 1991 and served as the deputy head of Float Glass Factory No. 2, division head of the production and technology division and deputy head of the technology department of the Company, as well as the deputy general manager, the chief onsite officer of projects supporting external parties, the general manager of technical research centre and the general manager of production centre etc. of CLFG Longmen Glass Company Limited. Mr. Wang served as the standing deputy general manager (director) of Henan Province Zhonglian Glass Company Limited from September 2012 to October 2013. He has been serving as the general manager and secretary to the party committee of Longhai Company since October 2013. Mr. Wang has long committed to the project construction, production and organization and handling of technical challenges of float glass engineering projects. He has deep knowledge in the research and development of ultra-thin glass, the innovation of ordinary glass and advancement of technology. Mr. Wang can master high-end technologies for glass craftsmanship and organize technological and research projects. He also possesses an advanced professional theory standard and has extensive practical experience in corporate management, production organization and sales and marketing. Mr. Wang was awarded National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2006 and many of his technical achievements have won the science and technology progress awards from the province and municipal authorities.
