Information about Roblon Q1 2015/16 at Today’s General Meeting

At today’s General Meeting in Roblon A/S the following information has been included in the Director’s Report:

Revenue and profit for Q1 2015/16 has developed as expected. Revenue was DKK 38.3 mill. (51.2 mill.) and profit before tax was DKK -4.2 mill. (9 mill.). The decrease in revenue and profit before tax is a consequence of a low order book at the beginning of the financial year.

As it appeared from our Company Announcement of 14 January 2016 Management expects revenue in the region of DKK 250 million and profit before tax in the region of DKK 25 million for the full financial year 2015/16. In Q1 of the financial year the order intake was satisfactory with DKK 80.7 mill. (48.7 mill.). The order development thus supports the expectations for the full financial year 2015/16, which are maintained.

With effect from the financial year 2015/16, and first time in the interim report for Q1 2015/16, Roblon will report on 3 segments:

• Industrial Fibre Fibre Cable Materials and Offshore and Other Industry
• Lighting Fibre Optic and LED Lighting
• Engineering Cable Machinery and TWM (rope-making equipment, twisters and winders)

As it appears from the financial calendar of Roblon the interim report for Q1 2015/16 will be published on 31st March 2016.
