Adjustment of Guidance for the Financial Year 2024/25

Based on developments in the third quarter and lower-than-expected sales around the spring holidays, the company's Board of Directors has decided to adjust its guidance for the full-year result.

An adjusted EBIT result for the financial year 2024/25 is now expected to be in the range of DKK 13–16 million, compared to the previously announced guidance of DKK 16–18 million in the interim report for 2024/25.

The adjustment reflects lower activity in the construction segment, where customers have shown increased caution in their purchasing behavior. This is believed to be related to a general uncertainty in the global economy.

Despite these headwinds, we maintain a clear strategic focus and continue to work systematically with strengthened internal follow-up and cost control. With the revised guidance, management still believes the company is on track to meet its targets for the year.
