Ordinary election of 2 employee's representatives and 1 substitute for each of these for the Board of RIAS A/S

At the ordinary election today the following were elected as employee's representatives for the Board of RIAS A/S:

Purchaser Søren Koustrup, Fåborgvej 20, 8900 Randers as employees' representative of the Board of Directors. Business Developer Peter Kruse, Granstuevej 22, 2840 Holte was elected substitute for Søren Koustrup.

Logistics manager Lars Jessen, Egevej 20, 3650 Ølstykke as employees' representative of the Board of Directors. Purchaser June Svendsen, Poppelvej 45, Vemmedrup, 4632 Bjæverskov was elected as substitute for Lars Jessen.

Sales representative Lars Vollmers, Gl. Hadsundvej 62, 8900 Randers and Teamleder Peter Ølgaard Hansen, Brordrupvej 2, 4621 Gadstrup leave the Board of Directors as employees' representatives.

Sales assistant Jeannette Svenning, Bregnevej 35, 4000 Roskilde and Teamleder Bjørn Olsen, Sandvejen 13A, Vindinge, 4000 Roskilde leave as substitutes for the employee's representtatives.

The newly elected employee's representatives and their substitutes will enter their position at the next board meeting on 14 December 2011.
