Settlement of the sale of shares in National Mortgage Brokers Pty Ltd

Homeloans Limited advises that the investment held by the Company and its subsidiary Auspak Financial Services Pty Ltd in National Mortgage Brokers Pty Ltd has been sold.

Homeloans Limited and Auspak Financial Services Pty Ltd held 26.5% of the shares in National Mortgage Brokers Pty Ltd. The shares have been disposed of for a consideration of $1.55 million.
