Resimac announces the resignation of Chief Financial Officer

Resimac Group Ltd (ASX:RMC) (“the Group”) Resimac Group Limited announces the resignation of James Spurway, Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Pete Lirantzis, Chief Executive Officer of Resimac, said “I would like to thank James for his contributions at Resimac and wish him well for the future.”

Resimac is commencing its search for a permanent replacement for Mr Spurway, which will consider internal and external candidates.
