Homeloans Ltd has issued the following unlisted options to acquire fully paid ordinary shares in the Company to Mortgage Asset Services Pty Ltd. The exercise of the options is subject to the settlement of an agreed level of loans:-

DATE OF ISSUE:	7 April 2006.
DATE OF EXPIRY:	7 December 2009.
	OPTION EXERCISE DATES & PRICES: 250,000 options can be exercised at 36 cents each
	250,000 options can be exercised at 46 cents each
	250,000 options can be exercised at 51 cents each
