Changes to the Board
Gavin Buchanan, the Group Treasurer of Challenger has today been appointed a director of Homeloans Limited. The Chairman welcomed Gavin as a member of the Board and said that the directors look forward to working with him.
Mr Buchanan replaces Brian Benari who has today resigned as a director of Homeloans Ltd. Brian has been appointed the CEO/Managing Director of Challenge Limited with effect from 17 February 2012.
The Chairman Tim Holmes, thanked Brian for his significant contribution as a member of the Board of Directors of Homeloans Ltd during the period from 3 May 2007 and wished him the best in his new role at Challenger.
