Reece completes Todd Pipe acquisition
Reece Limited (“Reece Group”; ASX: REH) today announces it has completed the acquisition of Southern California plumbing supply wholesaler, Todd Pipe & Supply, LLC.
Following an earlier announcement dated 4 September 2019, Reece Group is pleased to announce it has completed the acquisition of Todd Pipe & Supply. The acquisition will complement MORSCO’s existing presence in the region and bring the total number of branches in the Southern California to 23.
Peter Wilson, CEO and Managing Director of the Reece Group said, “Todd Pipe is an exciting acquisition for MORSCO and the Reece Group. It bolsters our presence in the attractive US Sun-Belt region.”
