Lead Independent Director Appointment

Reece Limited (“Reece Group”; ASX: REH) today announces the appointment of Tim Ford to the Reece Limited Board as the Lead Independent Director, and a member of both the Audit and Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee effective 8 April 2026.

Tim brings more than 30 years of senior leadership experience across complex, customer-focused organisations, most recently as CEO of Treasury Wine Estates. He has deep capability in strategy, supply chain and logistics, global operations and leading businesses through periods of change and disruption. Tim’s appointment will add valuable expertise to the Board while strengthening independent representation for shareholders.

Reece Chair and CEO, Peter Wilson, said, “We have been very deliberate in reshaping the Board to ensure we have the right mix of skills, experience and independence to support Reece over the long term. We are pleased to welcome Tim to the Reece Board, his experience guiding complex international organisations through challenging environments will be especially valuable as we navigate Reece’s next stage of growth.

“As Lead Independent Director, his role will play an important part of how we continue to ensure effective challenge and promote good decision making.”

Tim will stand for shareholder election at the 2026 Annual General Meeting.

NOTES TO EDITORS: Tim Ford Biography

Tim Ford is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience in the beverage and consumer goods industries, most recently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Treasury Wine Estates where he saw the company through significant challenges, including the pandemic and market shifts in China.

During his tenure, he implemented a divisional operating model that enhanced operational efficiency and refocused the company's strategic priorities. He also held roles as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Europe, South-East Asia, Middle East and Africa. Prior to Treasury Wine Estates, Tim held key positions at National Foods, KPMG Australia, Foster’s Group and Carlton & United Breweries, where he led major operational improvements and strategic initiatives. His early career was built managing complex supply chain and logistics assets.

Tim has a Bachelor of Business from the University of South Australia, and a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School.
