Resignation of Director

Reece Limited (“Reece Group”; ASX: REH) advises that Ross McEwan, non-executive Director and Lead Independent Director since 1 October 2024, will resign from the Reece board effective 30 June 2025.

Mr McEwan said, "I have enjoyed my time on the Reece board. In line with my recent decision to step down from the QinetiQ Group Limited Board, I will also be stepping down from the Reece board to devote my time and attention to my role as Chair of BHP Group Limited.”

The board thanks Mr McEwan for his valuable contribution and service to Reece during his tenure and wishes him all the best.

Peter Wilson, Chairman & CEO of Reece Group, said, “Ross and I have had a long relationship since he was CEO at NAB, and I’ve valued his time and contributions while on the Reece board.
