Non-Executive Directors Retirement and Appointment

The Reece Group today announced the retirement of Mr Bruce W.C. Wilson effective 31 August 2018 and Mr Ronald G. Pitcher (AM) as at 25 October 2018.

The Board would like to thank both Bruce and Ron for their contributions to the Reece Group’s success over a combined 63 years’ service. Bruce was appointed to the Board in 1970 and was the CFO / Company Secretary from 1974 until 1999, before moving to a nonexecutive director role. Ron joined the Board in 2003 and brought extensive business experiences and processes to the Board, audit and remuneration committees.

The Reece Group has appointed and welcomes Mr Andrew Wilson, son of Mr. Bruce W.C. Wilson, as a Non-Executive Director effective 1 September 2018.

Mr Andrew Wilson has more than 20 years’ experience in finance with leading national and multi-national companies in Australia and abroad; including senior roles in the fields of audit and risk management, tax and treasury.

Andrew is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA/CGMA) and holds a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy from RMIT.
