In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1 we advise that Mr John Wilson has decided to retire from the Board of Reece Limited effective 9[th] September 2016.

Mr. John Wilson has been replaced on the Board by his son Mr Bruce Campbell Wilson who has been appointed non-executive director of Reece Limited and all its subsidiary companies effective 9[th] September 2016. Mr. Bruce Wilson holds a Bachelor of Commerce and manages Wilson Sheet Metals which is a manufacturer of roof guttering, downpipes, flashing and accessories.
