Reece Group Executive Leadership Team Changes

Reece Group announces the following changes to the Executive Leadership Team:

Gavin Street will move to the newly created role of Chief Digital & Data Officer reporting directly to the CEO. Gavin joined the Reece Group in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary. During his time in this role he has played a key role in the Group’s IT Transformation program. Gavin will continue in the role of Company Secretary.

Sasha Nikolic will move into the role of Chief Financial Officer, reporting to the CEO. Sasha joined the Reece Group in 2009 and has held key roles in Finance, HR and Process Improvement. Sasha took a lead role in the acquisition of the Actrol Group and has held the role of Actrol Leader since February 2014. Sasha holds a Bachelor of Commerce, an MBA from Melbourne University and is a chartered accountant. Before joining Reece Sasha held finance roles with GE, Deloitte and the Australian Tax Office.

Adrian Palumbo will move into the newly created role of Chief Marketing and Supply Officer reporting to the CEO. Adrian joined the Reece Group on the graduate program in 1997 and has played a key role developing the marketing, buying and logistics capability of the Reece Group during that period. Adrian has been the Reece Group Marketing and Supply Leader for the last three years and prior to that has held the role of Marketing and Buying Leader since 2007. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Business from RMIT.
