Business Media China AG / Contract

• Long-term portfolio now includes nine of China’s twelve most important
airports

Stuttgart, May 11, 2007: Business Media China AG (ISIN DE0005250401, German
Securities Code (WKN) 525 040), a specialist for media and marketing in
China, has been able to secure key advertising rights at Xi’An airport in
north west China through to 2015. Concluding the contract means that BMC
can now use a significant amount of the advertising space at Xi’An airport.
In particular, BMC Flying Dragon, a subsidiary of Business Media China AG
(BMC AG), will exclusively market the attractive backlit light boxes and
the presentation areas for cars, so-called automobile display stations in
future.

Once again, BMC Flying Dragon’s management team has succeeded in winning
out against the competition as a result of its long-standing expertise and
its excellent personal contacts in the airport sector. The management team
also left well-known national companies and international competitors, such
as JCDecaux, standing.

Xi’An airport is the largest airport in north west China with around 10
million passengers per year, up around 20% year-on-year. It is thus one of
China’s most frequently used airports. Xi’An, the capital of Shaanxi
province, has a population of more than 8 million, with around 5 million
people living in the city itself. One of the world’s largest tombs, Qin Shi
Huang’s mausoleum, and the world-famous terracotta army mean that the city
is a tourist attraction for both Chinese and foreign tourists. It is north
western China’s economic center and has held a top position for many years
regarding foreign direct investment in this region.

'Winning advertising rights at Xi’An airport means that we are now present
at nine of China’s twelve most important airports,' commented Klaus Michael
Hilligardt, Business Media China AG’s CEO. 'This means that we can offer
our advertising customers access to their target groups nationwide in
China. And that means – in contrast to our competitors – that we are able
to simultaneously run advertising campaigns at most of China’s key
airports,' explained Klaus Michael Hilligardt, Business Media China AG’s
CEO.
