BMC Zhenwei signs cooperation agreement with Fiere di Parma

Fiere di Parma, Italy and Business Media China (BMC) signed an agreement to
cooperate in developing their respective food and food processing
exhibitions. The agreement has the purpose to spark interest among Italian
exhibitors and visitors in the Chinese market and its leading exhibition
PPI-FDC, organised by BMC Zhenwei.

Stuttgart/Bejing, October 31, 2007 – The PPI-FDC is BMC Zhenwei’s leading
exhibition for food and food processing in the south of China. Fiere di
Parma’s Cibus Tech is one of the leading food processing exhibitions in
Europe. With the cooperation, the two exhibition companies will help each
other by arousing interest among Italian exhibitors and visitors in the
Chinese market and by sparking interest among Chinese visitors and
exhibitors in the Italian and European food an food processing market
together. The cooperation agreement was signed earlier this month during
the Cibus Tech in Parma for an initial period of 2 years.

Aat van Eeden, BMC AG Board Member responsible for exhibitions, expressed
his satisfaction with the agreement: 'This is another important step in
strengthening the PPI-FDC show in Guangzhou/Canton. We already note
considerable interest from Italian companies to work together with us
regarding their market entrance into (South) China. We believe that the
partnership with Fiere di Parma will be a very successful one for both
parties.'
