Stuttgart, January 18, 2007. The supervisory board of Business Media China
AG (ISIN DE0005250401, WKN 525 040) today has decided to appoint Mr. Li
Yang Yang into the executive board with immediate effect. In the future Mr.
Li Yang Yang will be responsible for the operational business in China and
will develop the outdoor advertising division in particular.
Mr. Li Yang Yang is a graduate of the elite university UIBE University of
International Business and Economics. He held leading positions in
exhibition and media companies in China for seven years. Since 2002 he was
General Manager of Beijing Capital Exhibitions International Co. Ltd.
(CEICO) and became General Manager of Business Media China Co. Ltd. in
2004. Mr. Li Yang Yang has an extensive, personal network of personalities
in the Chinese administration and economy.
