The shareholding of Göran Sundholm of Raute Corporation's shares and voting rights: Raute Corporation's series A shares 601,433 pcs, share of the share capital 15.02% and share of voting rights 2.63%. Raute Corporation's share capital consists of 4,004,758 shares, of which 991,161 are series K shares (ordinary share, 20 votes/share) and 3,013,597 are series A shares (1 vote/share).
