- Appointment of Mr. Kashyap Shah (DIN: 02167256) as an Additional Director in the capacity of an Independent Director of the Company for a period of $1^{\text{st}}$ term of 5 consecutive years subject to approval of shareholders by way of Special resolution. Copy of the detail disclosure is attached herewith as Annexure-A.
