Ramelius Resources Limited ( ASX:RMS ) ( Ramelius or the Company ) refers to its recommended off-market takeover offer (the Offer ) to acquire all of the ordinary shares in Apollo Consolidated Limited ( ASX:AOP )[1] .
The Offer closed at 7:00pm (Sydney time) on 17 December 2021.
Enclosed by way of service is Ramelius’ notice under ASX Listing Rule 3.4.1 in relation to the close of Ramelius’ takeover bid.
