RESIGNATION OF DEPUTY CHAIR AND NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Ramelius Resources Limited (ASX: RMS) ("Ramelius", "the Company") advises that Deputy Chair and Non-Executive Director Simon Lawson will step down from his role at the Company with effect from 5 June 2026 to pursue other interests.
Mr Lawson joined the Ramelius Board as Deputy Chair and Non-Executive Director on 31 July 2025 following the Company's transformational combination with Spartan Resources Ltd.
Bob Vassie, Ramelius' Chair, today said:
"Simon has made a significant contribution to the Ramelius growth story through his efforts in facilitating the seamless integration of Spartan and through his insight and leadership in supporting the foundation for the Company's exceptional exploration upside. On behalf of the Board, I would like to express my thanks to Simon for his service and wish him well for the future."
Mr Lawson, said:

The successful integration of the Spartan assets and the start of underground development at Dalgaranga reinforce the quality of the combined business and its long-term growth potential. The Board will review its composition and requirements to support the Company's aspiration to be a 500koz pa producer by FY2030 ahead of any decision to commence a search for a new Non-Executive Director.
