Terrain Minerals is pleased to announce the execution of a Tenement Acquisition Agreement for the sale of M26/477 to Ramelius Resources Limited (ASX:RMS) which contains the Coogee Gold Deposit, and the execution of a Mineral Rights Agreement granting exploration rights to RMS over Sub Blocks Q and R of E26/97, for total consideration of $900,000 cash.
Completion of the transaction is subject to the parties entering into a deed of covenant with Kambalda Mining Pty Ltd for the assumption by RMS of an existing royalty obligation over M26/477 and E26/97. Completion is expected to occur during April 2012.
