SHARE PURCHASE PLAN CLOSING DATE

On 17 November 2011 Ramelius Resources Limited (ASX: RMS) mailed to all eligible shareholders details of the Company’s Share Purchase Plan (“SPP”).

The SPP provides all eligible shareholders with the opportunity to subscribe for up to $15,000 worth of new fully paid ordinary shares at $1.15 per share which is the same price as the recently completed Placement. Participation in the SPP is optional.

The closing date for receipt of applications under the SPP is Friday, 2 December 2011.

The Directors of Ramelius advise that the closing date will not be extended.
