REDUCTION IN OPTIONS EXERCISE PRICE
Ramelius Resources Limited advises that as result of its recent Rights Issue and in accordance with the terms of the issue of the Company's $0.20 options, the exercise price of the options is reduced as follows.

Option holders are advised that where the total exercise price to be paid on exercise of any options results in an amount which includes a fraction of a cent, the amount to be paid shall be rounded down to the nearest whole cent.
