ISSUE OF SHARES PURSUANT TO RIGHTS ISSUE
Ramelius Resources Limited is pleased to advise that it has today allotted and issued 22.727.273 ordinary fully paid shares pursuant to the company's recently completed one for one renounceable rights issue.
An Appendix 3B seeking quotation of securities to be issued in respect of the rights issue was lodged with ASX on 24 December 2003 and the directors advise that the despatch date is 26 March 2004.
The allotment and issue of these securities has resulted in a total of 59,016,275 ordinary shares on issue. A list of the 20 largest shareholders after allotment and issue of the above securities is attached.
