SENIOR MANAGEMENT APPOINTMENT

The Directors of Ramelius Resources Limited (ASX: “RMS”) are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Duncan Coutts as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, effective from today, 12 February 2016.

Mr Coutts is a Mining Engineer with extensive experience in both open pit and underground mining in Western Australia, including 6 years with Harmony Gold Australia and 2 years with Metals X Limited.

Commenting on the appointment, Ramelius’ Managing Director Mr Mark Zeptner said:

“Duncan is an excellent appointment for the Company and will bring his extensive experience in developing and managing gold projects to ensure our future growth is managed in the most efficient possible manner. He has previous operational experience at the Mt Magnet gold mine itself and he will be an important part in ensuring that the current momentum is maintained at both the Kathleen Valley and Vivien projects”.

Ramelius is currently drilling out the Milky Way deposit at Mt Magnet, with a view of preparing a mineral resource, as well as assessing other near term production opportunities in the region.
