NOMINATION OF DIRECTOR

The Directors of Ramelius Resources Limited (ASX: RMS) are pleased to announce the nomination of Mr Michael Andrew Bohm as a director of the Company.

Mr Bohm will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders to be held on Thursday, 29 November 2012.

Mr Bohm is an experienced mining engineer with extensive corporate, project and operational management experience in the minerals industry in Australia, and overseas.

The Chairman of Ramelius, Mr Bob Kennedy today said that “Mr Bohm’s technical knowledge and direct involvement in various gold, base metals and diamond project developments in both open pit and underground mining will strengthen the existing Board”.

Mr Bohm is also a director of ASX listed company, Perseus Mining Limited (ASXTSX: PRU) and Herencia Resources PLC.
