3B Notice – Application for Quotation of Additional Securities

Following the examination by the Company of its share register, and examination of the past application for quotation of issued shares, a discrepancy of 10,698,136 shares as issued by the Company have not been requested for quotation through the issue of a 3B notice on the ASX platform. This has also led to breaches of the ASX listing Rules 3.10.5 and 2.8.3 The breaches occurred due to;

• the failure by the Company to lodge an Appendix 3B for 1,511,667 shares issued on 29 August 2007;

• the failure to the Company lodge an Appendix 3B for 26,250,000 shares issued on 14 February 2011; and

• the incorrect number of securities noted on the Appendix 3B lodged to the market on 5 December 2008.

To rectify this discrepancy the Company is submitting the attached 3B notice for the Application for Quotation of a further 10,698,136 shares bringing the total shares on issue, and total shares quoted on ASX to 171,835,184
