REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION: RAIDEN RESOURCES LIMITED (ASX: RDN)

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, Raiden Resources Limited (the Company ) requests voluntary suspension of the quotation of its ordinary shares effective from the commencement of trading on Friday, 31 August 2018.

The Company advises that:

1. A trading halt was granted to the Company on Wednesday, 29 August 2018 pending an announcement from the Company regarding the status of the current drilling program.

2. The voluntary suspension is requested to allow the Company to provide a preliminary update on the status of the current drilling program on Stara Planina.

3. The Company expects that it will be in a position to release the announcement mentioned above on or before Thursday, 6 September 2018.

4. The Company expects that the voluntary suspension will end by the release of the announcement referred to above.

5. The Company is not aware of any reason why its shares should not be suspended from quotation.

6. The Company is not aware of any further information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
