Regarding: Half Year Reports and financial statements for periods ending 31[st] December 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011

In accordance with the requirements of the Corporations Act and the ASX listing rules the Company has completed its reviewed Half Year Reports and financial statements for the half years periods ending 31[st] December 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011.

The Company intends to raise $1,715,000 through two separate capital raising to take place in March/April 2012, permission to issue shares for this purpose is to be put to shareholders at a meeting of shareholders on 23[rd] March 2012. The half year accounts include a reviewed Pro Forma Statement of financial position as at 31[st] December 2011, which has been prepared on the basis that all share issues conducted since 31[st] December 2011, and contemplated by the Company at the meeting have taken place as at 31[st] December 2011.

The Half Year Reports will each be issued to market separately after this release.
