Regarding: Update on Consolidation of Share Capital

In accordance with the timetable issued with the Notice of Meeting for the General Meeting held on the 23[rd] March 2012, in which shareholders approved the consolidation of the company’s share capital on a 1 for 7 basis. The Company did on 3rd April 2012 register all issued shares on a post-Consolidation basis. The number of issued shares in the Company is now 28,639,069. New holding statements have today been dispatched to shareholders.
