Completion of Sale of Unmarketable Parcels

The Directors of SVC Group Limited (SVC) are pleased to announce that SVC has completed the Sale of Unmarketable Parcels in accordance with its prior announcement of 11[th] July 2012.

Of the 946 eligible participants as at the record date, 150 chose to retain their shareholding. In total 1,047,412 shares were sold for 796 minority shareholders who participated. Funds from the sale proceeds will be distributed to the participants on the 18[th] of September. There are now 473 remaining shareholders on SVC’s register.
